- The purpose of this market is to entrust the artistic direction of the cultural event of contemporary art a summer in Le Havre, for seasons 2027 to 2030, under the conditions set for this specific technical specifications (CCTP).
The artistic direction is main missions the Artistic conception of the project, the development of programming, coordination of artists, technical and logistical monitoring of the production of works in close collaboration with the Directorate of the GIP and the Delegated Production Group, the Budget Monitoring of the Envelope dedicated to the Artistic programming, communication and valuation of the cultural season (excluding institutional communication) and the support and partial research of patronage.
A preliminary mission is dedicated to the development of a diagnosis of the territory (assets/weaknesses, place of art in space public, audit of the public, meetings with the actors of the territory) during the 1st half of 2026.
The main mission is devoted to the definition of the artistic project and the programs which result from it for the seasons 2027 to 2030
