The market which will be concluded following the procedure initiated will be the execution of the following project management missions defined by article L.2431-1 of the public procurement code and specified in the CCAP: the monitoring of the rehabilitation of 51 housing units within the city of railway workersIn Arras (Visa / DET / AOR / DOE phase) within the framework of the commitment system for the revival of the mining basin (ERBM).
The project manager will also have a complement of thermal studies within certain targeted dwellings.
