The details of the missions entrusted to the holder appear in the Specifications of Special Administrative Clauses.
The City of Reze wishes to have, in the long term, a Municipal Technical Center (CTM) on 1 single site and bringing together the following departments: BUILDING, LOGISTICK, SPORT AND ASSOCIATIVE LIFE, ARCHIVES (partially). For this, a restructuring of the existing CTM with construction of a new building is envisaged.

The OPC mission is to be presented as a variant obligatory.
