This consultation is launched according to an open tender procedure passed in application of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-1, R. 2124-2 1 , R. 2161-2 to R2161-5 of the public procurement code. The purpose of this market is an approved qualified organization mission relating to the work infrastructure necessary to carry out the operation to extend the South T8 line between Saint-Denis and Paris. It is part of the safety of guided public transport.
