The purpose of the market is to appoint a maritime carrier for the transport of South African dock titan to Reunion - Port Ouest.
Transport of the dock will include transport costs, including the care of the dock moored at the port of Cap to the quay and mooring at the portWest of Reunion (costs of local shipping agents, mobilization and demobilization for towing, laminating, piloting), the shipping costs of the ship ensuring transport ,, the equipment necessary for towing if necessary ("all-in" service), and all subjectedness related to managementof the journey (monitoring of weather conditions and routing, possible judgments in shelters with or without assistance tugs ..).
No additional costs can be claimed under "Costs" Port or sea, or "overestaries"
