• Description:
• Passed in application of the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 2° and R. 2123-1 3° of the Public Procurement Code. This consultation concerns the legal certification of the accounts of Foncière Publique d'Ile-de-France for the financial years 2026 to 2031. The market is concluded for a maximum period of 6 accounting years from notification of the contract to the holder in accordance with article L821-44 of the commercial code. The functions expire after the deliberation of the General Assembly which decides on the accounts for the sixth financial year. The execution of the service will begin upon receipt by the holder of his notification. The intervention schedule will be established with the contract holder. The public market is a fixed price contract. The market public will not be subject to an allotment. In application of article L.2113-11 of the public procurement code, the planned public contract will not be allocated geographically or technically. In fact, it is a uniform service concerning only public land, not requiring devolution in lots. The contract is an intellectual services contract subject to the provisions of the General Administrative Clauses applicable to public service contracts. Intellectual, approved by the decree of March 30, 2021. This document is referred to as CCAG-PI in the remainder of this document.
