• Description:
• The purpose of this consultation is the rehabilitation work on 257 housing units and a parking lot, as well as the improvement of outdoor spaces and the quality of service of the MOLITOR group in Paris 16th. In accordance with article R2124-3-4° of the code of public order, the contract will be awarded according to the competitive procedure with negotiation because it cannot be awarded without prior negotiation due to particular circumstances linked to its complexity: -Work carried out in an occupied environment constrains everything by ensuring continuity of services to tenants, -Intervention capabilities in the presence of asbestos and lead materials.
