The purpose of this consultation is a relative project management mission
Expectations of Paris Habitat on this project are as follows:
Design and carry out a housing construction program
Design and carry out a public equipment program, of the cultural type and/or a creche and preferably nested in a housing building.
Build a project with a strong environmental performance, which is part of the city low carbon
The market will be concluded for a period from notification until the perfect completion guarantee.
The services are subject to a single lot.
The consultation is aimed at a prime contractor or a team of Project management that will ensure and must have the following skills:
Architecture: minimum of 2 architectural agencies (one of which will be an agent)
Landscaper
Specialized technical engineering (especially environmental)
Construction economy
It will be up to the candidate, given The subject of the consultation to join the additional skills which it deems necessary.
