- the Framework Agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation. The services are regulated by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all of the renewal periods .The estimated amounts are indicativeand include the options (similar services and renewals). This device brings together all the aid related to Youth on a multi-service card for high school students in the Region. It also makes it possible to manage access and offer advantages in terms of events: Goods Plans. The services are divided into 3 lots:- lot 1: Technical management, hosting, application and evolutionary maintenance of the Carte Jeune Region platform- lot 2: Supply, personalization and sending of cards and accompanying letters- lot 3: Provision of telephone assistancephone and user records management
