Application maintenance third -party services (TMA) of information systems ensuring the security and viability of the A86 duplex tunnel operated by Cofiroute.
TMA includes services:
• Corrective and adaptive maintenance of the applications of the tunnel information system,
• support for their MCO (maintenance in operational conditions) in production,
• Accommodation and Application of Recipe/Integration and Training Platforms of Tunnel Systems,
• Customer training, study & development of requests for evolution and supply of automatic software licenses,
THE Application perimeter concerns:
• The centralized technical management of the tunnel composed of a supervision software and automated programs,
• Operating aid systems for the motorway network.

THE systems are installed on the Rueil-Malmaison site.
The applications concerned represent around 200 modules.
