Description:
This consultation, launched in a negotiated procedure, aims to establish a ordering agreement with a minimum amount, with a minimum amount and with a maximum amount, mono allocative, having for object the establishment of the third party maintenance (TMA) of the applications related to the Urban Group intranet.
THE Services included in the perimeter of the future framework agreement are described below.
Minimum amount services:
- initialization of operational maintenance of applications of the initial perimeter (the 6 applications integrated in UrbanGroup, the BFF application, the MugG application);
- Type 1 maintenance for a duration of 24 months of applications of the initial perimeter (the 6 applications integrated in UrbanGroup, the BFF application, the MugG application);
Services of the maximum amount:
-Prestations of the minimum amount;
- Type 1 maintenance for a maximum duration of 36 months Additional applications of the initial perimeter (the 6 applications integrated in UrbanGroup, the BFF application, the MugG application);
-Type 1 initialization & maintenance for a maximum duration of 60 months for added applications during the market;
-type 2 of applications For a maximum duration of 60 months for a maximum load of 1650 days/man;
-Prestations associated for a maximum load of 60 days/man;
-Reversibility of the initial perimeter;
-Reversibility of applications added during the market for a maximum load of 26 days/man ....
