- The subject of the procedure carried out is to authorize, by agreement, operators interested in operating one or more regular river transport services on the Seine. All operators that meet the criteria mentioned in the consultation regulations will be admitted without anyComparison or classification of the files submitted by each of them is not made by Ile-de-France Mobilites. Among these criteria are notably the obtaining by Haopa Port of an authorization to occupy the public domain for the use of stops and attachment ports.
