Description:
Call for applications for the award of contracts for construction work on a Maintenance Workshop in Bure (AMB) intended to accommodate a closed/covered platform of approximately 4000m2 consisting of:
•A maintenance workshop
•A zone for maintaining operational conditions
•An area semi-buried (dock)
•A recycling center
•A guard post
•A technical area
•A tertiary zone
This workshop is part of EDF's "Pole of Excellence in Nuclear Maintenance" in Meuse-Haute Marne.
Work carried out in separate trades, the following lots are the subject of this Call for applications:
Lot 01: VRD-Earthworks
Lot 02: Structural work - site installation - guarding - Metal frame - enclosed/covered - finishing work - elevator and greening cover (subject to confirmation) Agent: GO or metal frame
Lot 03: Electricity Currents strong (agent) - low currents - Photovoltaic (under cover of confirmation)
Lot 04: HVAC (agent) & Plumbing
Lot 05: Overhead cranes (agent) & lifting accessories
Lot 06: Machine Tools
CLARIFICATION ON THE DURATION OF CONTRACTS: 18 months of work + 12 months of GPA (Perfect Guarantee Completion)
The services will include:
-Delays/backfilling/retaining/sloping
-Dry networks & wet networks
-Roads, coated
-Fences and green spaces
