- Market entrusting project management (base missions) and carrying out regulatory studies (additional missions) with a view to adapting the sorting activities of bulky items and treatment of effluents of the CTVD of the Saint-Etienne River with multifilious operation. Applications: Realization of the adaptations necessary for proper multifiligent functioning, in particular on the aspects of the treatment of bulky items and the management of external effluents of the CTVD, but also with regard to all the related studies necessary for the project (in particular the declaration file ICPE, topographies, geotechnics, ...). The elements of missions are broken down into basic missions (in the direction of the provisions of the public order code) and in additional missions (cf. elements of the DCE).
