Description:
This consultation concerns the thermal renovation work and restructuring of the Demerouin building spaces. The passing procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the code of the code public order. It is an ordinary market. The services are divided into 7 lots. A "layout" lot is launched separately from this procedure, via an adapted procedure (Petit-Lot within the meaning of article R.2123-1 of the public procurement code, when the estimated value of each batch concerned is less than 1,000,000 euros excluding taxes and when the cumulative amount of these lots does not exceed 20% of the estimated total value of all lots ;
