Description:
The call for tenders relates to the realization and operation of electricity production facilities located in continental metropolitan France which use photovoltaic, hydroelectric or mechanical energy of the wind. Under the 2o of article L. 311-12 of the energy code, the Candidates selected appointed by the Minister responsible for energy benefit from a contract for the supplement of remuneration for the electricity produced, established according to the provisions of articles L. 311-13-2 to L. 311-13-4 of the energy code and in the procedures specified by the specifications.
AU relating to the realization and operation of electricity production facilities from solar photovoltaic, hydroelectric or wind energy located in mainland metropolitan France
Are eligible for this call for tenders, installations not eligible for a purchase contract taken in Application of a decree mentioned in article R. 314-12 of the energy code and which are:-photovoltaic installations on the ground, or; - Photovoltaic installations on buildings, greenhouses, hangars or shades (designated by photovoltaic installations on buildings in the suite), or; - hydroelectric installations, or; - Wind installations.
