• The contract concerns the services of annual maintenance, replacement and supply of means of protection against fire (fire extinguishers, R.I.A., dry columns, sandboxes and signage) in municipal buildings and the Municipal Action Center Social of Puteaux. The market is a service contract, awarded following an open call for tenders procedure in accordance with article R.2124-2 1° of the public procurement code. The reference book of general administrative clauses (CCAG) is the CCAG applicable to public contracts for Current Supplies and Services (F.-C.-S.) in its updated version upon notification of the contract. Annual maintenance, replacement and supply of fire protection means The market is a framework agreement composite. On the one hand, at fixed prices with regard to preventive maintenance in accordance with the breakdown of the overall and fixed price (D.P.G.F.) and on the other hand, at unit prices with regard to corrective maintenance, replacement and the supply of means of protection against fire in accordance with the unit price schedule (B.P.U.). Given the uncertain number of interventions, the contract is a single-award framework agreement, which is executed using purchase orders, within the meaning of the articles R2162-4 2°, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code.
