- The market concerns the annual maintenance of the roofs of municipal buildings as well as renovation, new work and emergency interventions on covers. The passing procedure used is: the adapted procedure open. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 andR. 2123-1 1 of the public procurement code. The market is, for the "annual roofing interview" an ordinary market and, for the "renovation, new work and emergency work on roofs", a framework agreement without minimum and with maximum items in application of itemsL.2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The annual roofing maintenance will be the subject of an annual overall and lump sum price. For the "Renovation, new work and emergency work on roof" parts, the amountt maximum (in Euro (s) H.T) annual services for the initial market period is 300,000 euros (s). The maximum amount for the market order party will be identical for each renewal period. Over its entire duration, expenses related to this market will belower than the threshold for formalized procedures.
