Description:
The SMADC is the contracting authority of this mission as the bearer of the health policy of the territory through the local health contract. The market concerns on the one hand: support for the creation and implementation of the peer club, and on the other hand the animation of the peer club.Objectives Objectives of the support and animation service of the peer club are to strengthen the attractiveness of the territory with future health professionals by bringing out projects from the ideas of potential project leaders. The service provider will bring expertise in matters proximity and support animation to club members, methodology and networking, thus facilitating interconnection and better orientation for project leaders. The actions expected in general SMADC is looking for a service provider ensuring the 2 following missions: -The creation and implementation of the Peers des Combrailles club. In partnership with the SMADC Health Territorial Coordinator, medical students and health professionals members of the club, the service provider will have to build the content of the workshops that will mark the routes support for project leaders and will have to define and write the tools necessary for the operation of the workshops.
