Description:
The general management of the equipment is provided by the Department which is based on the holder for the execution of the missions.
The Department entrusts a service provider with service missions to ensure the animation and communication of the JAD, Jardin des Metiers d'Art et du Design.
The market has for object to entrust to the holder:
A. Equipment and reception of audiences (article 2 of the CCTP)
- Design and set up a cultural offer for Jad audiences
- Ensure the operation and animation of the Makerlab
- Deploy booking and ticket office tools
B. Equipment communication (article 3 of CCTP)
- Design and implementation of the equipment communication strategy
- Design and make visuals and communication media
- Press relations management
- Website management and social networks
- Management of SEA campaigns, display, sponsored publications and partnerships
The holder will take care of all the tasks inherent in the proper execution of these missions.
The actions of the holder must allow the JAD to position itself as:
- a place of production and innovation dedicated to contemporary creation Art and design trades
- a cultural place dedicated to the valuation and transmission of creations and trades
- A cultural and technical resource place for professionals and players in the sector.
