- The market aims to recruit a collective of designers of various skills for carrying out tactical actions and provisional installations in order to define programming elements for the project to redevelop the forecourt of the Defense business district and to ensure the supply and realization of the program. The market holder will be missioning the definition of a global tactical urban planning strategy, programming of actions, animations and installations, their co-conception and co-constructions in a participatory approach, the realization and the supply of program elements and their evaluation in order to feed a final development program of the future forecourt.
