The services are to establish the governance of the Valedom collaborative project, to ensure the technical and regulatory feasibility of the project and to provide it with communication content. Services are generally breaking into 3 objectives: - a technical objective: the execution of this market must confirm the technical feasibility of the project on the designated site. -a legal-financial objective: the execution of this market must allow stakeholders to knowingly arbitrate the creation of a legal structure which will carry the continuation of studies of construction and exploitation of the UVE. - An objective of animation and communication: the execution of this market includes the animation of technical and decision -making bodies of the project and aims to master the communication both between EPCI and the public
