    As part of this reconstruction, the university hospitals of Strasbourg (HUS) wish to add the skills of a program whoseMission will be in a first phase, to study the activity of the HUS and the Hautepierre site during the years 2018 to 2024 (excluding CRIVID Crisis period) then the projection of these years to two other target deadlines on the horizon +10 years and +15 years depending on the progress of the construction phases.The mission will continue by carrying out feasibility studies, the development of the pre -program, of the general program and then of the detailed program
