Amo for the communication mission - consultation and the historical valuation of the Kaweni urban renewal program.
Communication
on the basis of the existing graphic universe, the holder will offer visuals, supports (POS,
display etc ...) using elements of identityVisual of the project while adapting it to
different events and actions. It will have to be inspired by the deliverables of the workforce and respect the annual program of actions of the Kaweni project house and the operations of the NPRU.
The consultation
The service provider will propose a methodologyintervention for the preparation and animation of public consultation and information meetings, and workshops or meetings with the population. Original and innovative practices are expected in view of the
issues in the Kaweni district and particularly the areas of Bidonvilleand the
youth of the population. He will make the mobilization of the different targets (door to door, information relay, etc.), the
translation in the local language and a report of the consultation by service. This document,
provided in the form of a full ratio, will resume all the elements (opinion,expectations of the various interlocutors expressed, followed, etc.) essential to the concertation which took place, a monitoring of the number of participants and a simple questionnaire (possibly oral) can be put in place to measure satisfaction or the level of understanding.
