Description:
The Henri Dunant Vocational School, welcoming more than 350 young people (students and apprentices), is in full development and undergoes constant modifications to remain adapted to professional developments. To date, the aging appearance of the D0 building and its surroundings, which faces the entrance square of the high school, opens up different issues of visual, technical and functional improvements, as well as improving the thermal performance of the building and technical equipment. The Pays de la Loire Region has included an expansion operation in its high school investment strategy (SIL). and restructuring of the D0 building of the high school, with the aim of improving the educational functionality of the premises (particularly on the ground floor), improving the image of the high school, its entrance square, and seizing this opportunity to improve the energy performance of the building. The project is broken down into 3 main interventions: - The redevelopment of the entrance square - The renovation of the D0 building - The creation of an extension welcoming school life and the teaching space
