Description:
Each batch will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The detail of the phasing of the operation is the specifications.
The services are paid by flat prices.
The environmental and landscape component must be carried out on the defined and validated perimeters by members of the Inter -municipal Land Development Commissions (CICAF). In accordance with article R121-20 Last paragraph of the rural code and maritime fishing, it takes the place of analysis of the initial state of the site for the impact study provided for in article R123-10 of the rural code and maritime fishing (CRPM). All useful information located outside these validated perimeters must be taken into account. Detailed studies in this consultation must make it possible to assess environmental and landscaping damage induced by the possible land development that Cicafs have Voted, and if necessary the compensatory measures to be implemented, following the decisions taken by the different Cicafs.
