Description:
Project management assistance services (AMO) for the study and monitoring of work to increase the hydraulic capacity of the Lamalgue tunnel.
Goals :
-Anate the technical, environmental and regulatory constraints.
-Propose solutions to increase the capacity hydraulic.
-Apcompass the contracting authority in carrying out the work.
In addition, the planning envisaged should be integrated into the program of prevention of the small Toulon coastal floods (PAPI PCT) drawn up by the Toulon Provence Mediterranee (MTPM) metropolis.
In that framework, this mission aims to establish:
Two scenarios will then be faced with a cost -benefit analysis (ACB) in order to identify profitable measures from an economic point of view.
-In A second step, to carry out a multi-criteria analysis (AMC), in order to assess the effects of the project beyond economic values on social, technical, heritage issues, etc.,,
The services are the subject of a fractional market with 1 firm tranche and two optional sections.
-Tranche farm (TF1 to TF7):
Carry out a critical analysis of the bibliography;
Define the legal validity of carrying out this work by the Eygoutier union;
Carry out the synthesis of knowledge on the work;
Develop study programs (definition, planning, forecast estimate) ;
