• Projects assistance services (AMO) for the study and monitoring of work to increase the hydraulic capacity of the lamalgue tunnel.
  Objectives:
  -Analyse technical, environmental and regulatory constraints.
  -Proposse solutions to increase capacityHydraulic.
  -Apcompass the contracting authority in the realization of the work.
  Furthermore, the planning envisaged must be integrated into the program of prevention of the "small Toulon coastal" floods (PAPI PCT) developed by the metropolis Toulon Provence Mediterranee (MTPM).
  In thisFramework, this mission aims to establish:
  -In the first time, the scenarios allowing the improvement of the hydraulic capacity of the outlet. Two scenarios will then be faced with a cost analysis (ACB) in order to identify profitable measures from an economic point of view.
  -DansA second step, to carry out a multi-criteria analysis (AMC), in order to assess the effects of the project beyond economic values ​​on social, technical, heritage issues, etc.,
  Services are the subject of a fractional market with 1 firm tranche and two optional sections.
