The promotional system "Ambition Master +" provides 4 routes: Management in 6 months (25 days), management in 3 months, dedicated management and supply chain in 10 months and finally industrial maintenance in 6 months.
The 4 coursesrepresent 2 lots. A first batch oriented on the managerial dimension (hierarchical and/or functional and supply chain) and a second lot focused on the technical skills of the maintenance of rolling stock.
All the routes should be able to be followed by nearly 440 agents perAn.
LOT 1: Hierarchical and transverse management training/functional and dedicated management + supply chain
Le Lot 1 Includes 3 routes:
• Hierarchical management (approx. 6 months)
• Transversal/functional management novelty 2025 (approx. 3 months)
• Dedicated management + supply chain (approx. 10 months).
Lot 2:Industrial maintenance training, Technical Profiles Maintenance Material Rolling up
Le Lot 2 includes the only route: Industrial Maintenance (approx. 6 months).
