The market which will be concluded following the procedure initiated will be the execution of the heavy rehabilitation work with new extension of the School School Cite Saint Louis
A - Technical characteristics: heavy rehabilitation work with new extension.
B - Place of execution: 113 path From Saint-Louis to Rove 13016 Marseille.
C - Provisional work envelope: 6,000,000 Euro (s) excl.
D - Provisional planning: Start of the work scheduled for late December 2025.
The services subject to this market are divided into 11 lots.
Each batch will be the subject of a market.
Candidates can submit for one, several, or all the lots. In this possibility, the candidate must submit as many applications as a lot on which he wishes to bid (candidacy on 2 lots = 2 applications).
The overall deadline provided for the execution of All the services are 32 months of site, an included preparation period, and 12 months guarantee of perfect completion.
The forecast date at the start of the work is: December 2025, with a delivery in two tranches (nursery school in summer 2027 and elementary school in summer 2028).
THE contract will end after the year of perfect completion according to reception.
