Description:
The market has increased in the form of an Alloti Framework Agreement with Order Goods, a single attribute, for the provision of clothing and work shoes for certain services of the Community of Communes, as described at the CCP and registered in the Unit Prices (BPU) slip specific toeach lot. A large part of the clothes acquired as part of the market will be flocked or embroidered with the effigy of the community of communes, according to the prescriptions of the C.C.P. The holder will provide the community with its catalogs illustrated with prices in which can be ordered, inThe same market conditions, supplies that can meet occasional or exceptional needs. For the definition of the prices of these articles, the holder will propose an applicable discount percentage on the catalog prices, as provided for in the act of commitment and defined to the C.C.P. OfMore, the community will be able to acquire products from promotional catalogs if necessary. The amount of all supplies acquired within the framework of the market will be taken into account in the calculation of the mini-maxi thresholds set for eachlot.
