Opac Savoie is committed to the realization of the project located in the "Dunant" sector in the town of Aix les Bains. This sector is subject to an OAP registered inPlui de Grande Lac. OPAC Savoie provides for the development of part of the sector by creating 3 lots intended for private accession and social rental. OPAC Savoie will also carry out construction on the social rental lot (lot n 2) of two collective buildings for a total of 72 dwellings.The other lots will be sold to private operators.
This program relates to the overall development and the construction of the two social rental buildings.
