• Tenders are invited for Airport Tower 3D View. Call for Tenders No.: 21-220097-A Subject: Airport Tower 3D View General: EUROCONTROL* is an intergovernmental organisation with 41 Member and 2 Comprehensive Agreement States. We are committed to building, together with our partners, a Single European Sky that will deliver the air traffic management (ATM) performance required for the twenty-first century and beyond. Specific context: The purpose of the contract to be let with the successful Tenderer is threefold: 1. Acquire Airport Tower 3D View software according to the EUROCONTROL specifications; 2. Put in place a supply and end user licence for use of the Airport Tower 3D View software; 3. Establish a contractual framework to cater for future needs which can be related to functional and system evolutions, development of new airport environments, aircraft models and liveries, support to specific simulations, etc. After successful acquisition of the Airport Tower 3D View software, the provision of service will be carried out under a tasking contract over a period of 5 years. Who should tender:: The Tenderer shall demonstrate that they have a product for airport 3D visualisation. The Tenderer shall provide the company portfolio referencing the Airport 3D software product(s) and description of related projects. Personnel with knowledge and expertise in 3D environment design and software development, including latest quality assurance methodologies and programming language in Windows and Linux Operating Systems. Knowledge of aviation, air traffic control for TMA, sufficient to undertake the 3D view development.
