Place of performance of services: Schools of Marseille. The framework agreement is not allotted. The framework agreement is mono-attribute. The procedure implemented is an adapted procedure open with the possibility of negotiation. The contracting authority which may in any event decide to allocate the framework agreement on the basis of initial offers without negotiation.
