Description:
Supply and routing of electricity and its associated services for sites all segments and all powers combined for members of the Electricity Order Group, City of Besancon & Grand Besancon Metropole, coordinated by the City of Besancon. Products and services ordered are delivered to the various sites with electricity pdl. The consultation is launched via a group of orders enabled by the Convention constituting a permanent order group of 09/14/2023. The city of Besancon is coordinator of this group. In this context, It is responsible for the organization of operations prior to the census of needs to the members, the assembly of the framework agreement, the selection of its holders, the notification of the framework agreement and then of the designation of the award of the subsequent market of each of the lots and its notification. Each member will take over as soon as the market is notified to the awarded, to then ensure the proper execution of the market. Framework agreement with a maximum of three holders per lot. He went into application of articles L. 2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the code public procurement. It will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent markets. Framework agreement without minimum, and with a total maximum of services for the duration of the framework agreement of 60 million euros for lot 1 and 3.2 million euros (s) for the Lot 2
