Description:
The purpose of the public contract is as follows: Mission of advice and assistance to project management for the award of contracts for the management of property managers. FORM OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT: This is a global and fixed price contract in application of article R2112-6-2 of the Code of public order, concerning phases 1, 2, 3 and 4. A share of the market is planned at unit prices in application of article R2112-6-1 of the public order code. This is the following service: additional meetings at the request of the EPFIF. The unit price part will be executed by issuing purchase orders in application of articles R2162-13 and 14 of the public procurement code. There is no minimum amount. The maximum amount of services at unit price is 10,000 Euros excluding tax for the entire duration of the contract (15 months). The planned public market consists of phases following: - Phase 1: Initial diagnosis / inventory, - Phase 2: Proposal for target organization and action plan, - Phase 3: Drafting of market documents and support for the consultation procedure, - Phase 4: Assistance with the transition between old and new service providers. The terms and characteristics of the services to be carried out are indicated in the Specifications of Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P).
