Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to entrust providers to architecture, landscape and plant advice. A alloti framework agreement in 4 lots: * Three architectural advice consisting in informing, raising awareness and advising individuals and communities of architectural quality, to urban and landscape integration, regulations, construction and project management techniques. They each bring together several intermunicipalities. In addition to the traditional advice mission, they incorporate a type of study's study mission to help certain communities territorial chosen by the Department to prioritize and formalize their projects; * A lot landscapes and plants covering the entire department. Its purpose is to support Loire's local authorities and their partners in the management of development and management project sustainable public spaces. It also includes a type of study service type of challenges to help certain local authorities chosen by the Department to prioritize and formalize their mono-attribute framework projects fixing all the contractual and executed stipulations by order form. The provisional start date for services is 02/02/2026
