The framework agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent markets and the emission of purchase orders under the conditions of the specifications.
Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The services are set by unit and flat-rate prices.
The Present consultation concerns advice, assistance and legal representation of the Grand Maritime Port of Marseille (GPMM) in matters of public procurement law (lot 1), contractual responsibility of GPMM (lot 2) and environmental law, town planning and development (Lot 3).
The purpose of this framework agreement aims to assist and the legal advice of the GPMM in the context of the exercise of its missions as well as support during the dispute resolution in particular in transactional form and the representation in court of the establishment in the event of litigation In all the legal areas taken up in the decomposition of lots.
Legal assistance from the Grand Port Maritime de Marseille includes in particular legal advice, analysis or drafting of acts or assistance in project assembly, the implementation of procedures consultation or in the context of contractual negotiations or transactional negotiations.
