Opinion of PROCESSABLE - Following the expression of spontaneous interest with regard to the project, relating to the establishment of several photovoltaic shade in the parking lot of the theater of Senart in Lieusaint (934) (77) (as part of its energy transition strategy, EPA Senart wishes Equip a public car park (located at 8 allee de la Mixte, 77127 Lieusaint) with photovoltaic shades. This project aims to produce renewable energy while valuing an existing urban space. Promise of an agreement authorization to occupy the public domain of the parking lot Located opposite the Senart Theater This information notice is intended to ensure the lack of a project that can compete with an installation activity in several photovoltaic shades in the parking lot of the Senart theater in Lieusaint (934) (77). In application of article L 2122-1-4 of the code General of ownership of public persons, EPA Senart takes note of a manifestation of spontaneous interest and ensures itself in this advertisement, of the absence of any other manifestation of interest. 1.1.
