Description:
This consultation concerns the purchase of supplies and administrative, school and educational materials. The previous contract due to due date, it is necessary to launch a consultation to meet the needs of the user services of the City and the CCAS. The city of Crepy-en-ValoisAnd its CCAS have expressed the wish to optimize their mass of purchases while retaining, or even improving the quality of the service which is rendered in the field which can concern them. They also want to finalize a good form respecting the rules of public procurement. It isAs the entities presented at the top of this document, decided to constitute a group of orders in accordance with articles L2113-6 to L2113-8 and R2332-15 of the public procurement code in order to obtain an economically advantageous offer and to pool the proceduremarkets. The City of Crepy-en-Valois is designated "Coordinator of the order group" and is responsible for carrying out the entire passing procedure on behalf and on behalf of the CCAS.
