Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the administrative and technical management of the Traveler reception area and family land:
- Administrative and technical management of the Travelers reception area, located in THYEZ (74300);
- Administrative and technical management of the field family with 12 locations, located in CLUSES (74300).
The management of the reception area and family land must be ensured taking into account priority areas for the 2CCAM:
1 - The obligation of means and responsiveness in terms of quality of services (intervention within a period of less than 1 hour) ;
2 - Compliance with regulatory provisions regarding parking, occupancy and use of equipment;
3 - Collection of fees, payment of fluids, damage costs, deposits/deposits for the reception area;
4 - Collection of rents for the family land;
5 - The obligation to dynamically maintain the state of the heritage of the reception area and the family land.
This is an ordinary contract with a duration of 48 months (4 years) from 01/26/2026 until 01/25/2030.
The contracting authority has decided not to launch the consultation in separate lots due to the fact that given the interweaving of the services requested, it would be technically difficult to foresee a devolution of the contract into separate lots.
