The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide administrative and technical assistance for monitoring the second phase of carrying out acoustic insulation of buildings as part of the Boulevard Urbain Sud (Echangeur Florian / Bd Sainte Marguerite section), in Marseille (9th and 10th arrondissements) as well as as part of the Val TRAM project.
This is a framework agreement for intellectual services.
He This is a framework agreement within the meaning of articles R. 2162-2 et seq. of the public procurement code concluded with an economic operator.
The framework agreement sets out all the contractual stipulations, it will be executed as purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in the articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.

The present The market consists of an administrative and technical assistance mission to bring the owners to carry out the acoustic insulation work on the facade legally due and subsidized by the Aix Marseille Provence Metropolis, along the new Boulevard Urbain Sud road, between the Florian interchange and Boulevard Sainte Marguerite (around 3 km) in Marseille (9th and 10th arrondissements), and along the Val TRAM linear route.
