• Description:
• As part of the restoration and redevelopment of the Jas de Bouffan estate, project management for the historic monument (MH) parts - including the bastide - was entrusted to the ARCHIGEM group, a heritage architect agency. At the end of the initial diagnostics, urgent enclosed and covered work had to be undertaken with a view to opening the site in June 2025. The DRAC issued an authorization for this initial work, referring to a later request the continuation of the operation on the interiors of the bastide. Still with a view to opening in June 2025, it was decided to open to visitors the large living room on the ground floor and Léda's bedroom, a room with painted decorations, on the 1st floor of the bastide. Specific authorizations distinct were made by the DRAC on these 2 pieces, requesting for each of them, the creation of a test zone before the definitive restoration. The duration of the contract is 14 weeks. This is an ordinary market. The services will be settled by a global and fixed price (DPGF) according to the stipulations of the act of commitment. The contract is concluded from its notification date and will end at the end of the guarantee of perfect completion. Prices are updatable. The contract provides for the payment of an advance, without the obligation to provide a financial guarantee to benefit from it.
