Description:
The agreement will take effect on January 1, 2026 and will end on December 31, 2026. The candidates cannot take advantage of their participation in the senior on vacation program, nor accept reservations of stays, before notification of this agreement and no stay nationalSenior on vacation program will not be able to start after the expiration of the agreement.
This agreement may be renewed once, for the calendar year 2027. The agreement is thus concluded for a maximum period of 2 years (24 months), ending on December 31, 2027. The renewal will be tacit.If the ANCV does not wish to renew the Convention, it must make an express decision of non-reaches to notify to tourism professionals no later than 90 calendar days before the due date of the initial agreement or a subsequent renewal.
If necessary, the ANCV maySelect for the year 2027, new equipment for the program, according to the same terms as this consultation.
Category 1: Equipment located in France or in another European Union country offering stays of 4 and 7 nights full board
Category 2: EquipmentOffering stays of 3 days and 2 nights with breakfast in Ile-de-France for the Seniors on vacation program 2025/2027
