Description:
The armies wish to acquire a day/night fire aid system composed of a combined optical direct path (VDO) and infrared (IR) optic and an optical direct path sight mounted on the HK 416 assault rifles F and Minimi submachine gun.
This contract aims to acquire:
- the complementdevelopment and qualification of combined VDO and IR optics for assault rifles and submachine guns, VDO bezels and their accessories,
- the maximum production of 21,450 collective units comprising a combined optic, a VDO bezel and their accessories and 1,500 combi lensesborn VDO and IR for assault rifles and submachine gun and VDO glasses,
- the realization of the technical mastery and the support system,
- the in-service support of the materials produced through the supply of spare parts.
This draft contract is subject to the procedure with nenegotiation in accordance with the provisions of articles L 2324-1, L 2324-3, R 2324-1, R 2324-3, R 2361-1, R 2361-8 to R 2361-12 of the public procurement code.
This contract includes both fixed-price services and other services likely to be ordered by purchase orders andn application of article R 2362-8 of the public procurement code.
