- This consultation is part of the restructuring project of the AMT Vaugirard site and concerns the reconstruction of a railway maintenance workshop named HMC and a real estate program named lot D superimposed on the workshop as well as some supplementary works. The present marche concerns the works of an extended macro lot (civil engineering and interior fittings excluding technical lots) for the construction of the HMC (Routine Maintenance Hall) and the works for all trades for the construction of housing in lot D.

Constraints and requirements:
This work will be carried out under severe constraints, in a railway site maintained in operation, with the permanent presence of RATP personnel and the circulation of trains on the bundle of tracks, leaving little space for the rights-of-way site, in order to meete to the requirements related to the activity of the site.
The co-activity with other companies on the site, the proximity of local residents, childcare facilities and third-party sites will cause real difficulties for the execution of the works.
Works near roadses and switches and crossings will be made by the holder subject to guaranteeing the geometric stability of the tracks subject to the influence of the works and in compliance with the rules of railway safety
