Description:
The initial configuration of the kitchen at College Aime Cesaire, already designed as a production kitchen, makes it possible to carry out adaptation work on a reduced perimeter at the level of the semi-buried garden level (610 square meters above ground) to expand its capacity. Production And Enabling Export Ofs Meals.The study carried out by the amo plans to redevelop the existing space of the kitchen without major modification. These are: - Expanding the laundry in the existing premises; - Creating a shipping center with departure/return airlock on the current parking space; - Expansion ofUpstream Cold Rooms, Involving Changes to the Number of Existing Coolers, Dry Food Storage and Maintenance Products Room; -To Reposition the Battery Dish and the Vegetable Room with Unboxing; -To Expand the Cold Preparation and the New Vegetable Shop On The Circulation.These Redevelopments Involve A Relocation Of The Laundry Room And The College Action Space. It is also planned to install an awning to protect the delivery exit. The duration of the work is six months preceded by a preparation period lasting one month. A Reopening of the kitchen for the start of the 2024 school year and completion of the work in November 2024. Constraints, sensitive points the work will be carried out on an occupied site, without interruption to the operation of the college. However, the entire kitchen area will be closed and catering will be closeda Off-Site During Work.The Technical and Environmental Program Emphasizes Fire Safety, Accessibility for All and Environmental Performance. This Project Must Participate in the Commitments Made by the City of Paris in Matters of Energy, Carbon, Reuse, and Recourses Wood and Biosourced Materials
