Ad hoc pruning services, slaughtering, breathless, maintenance of trees, hedges, expertise and trees of trees
Occasional services on trees and hedges
This batch concerns the realization of tree pruning services, slaughter (manual or mechanical) with steal (DESSOUCHAGE, STROGNING) and various maintenance services for subjects (alignments, isolated, groves) as well as maintenance services on hedges (hedges).
The form of the contract is a mono-attribute framework agreement carried out by issuing orders on the price basis Unitaires defined by the price slips annexed to the act of engagement. It includes a commitment on a maximum amount of annual orders of 270,000 euros excl.
This framework agreement takes effect from its date of notification for a firm period of one (1) year. It is then renewable Three (3) times for periods of one (1) per express renewal.
At least three months before the end of each period of validity of the framework agreement, the buyer will report in writing to the holder if he wishes to renew the contract.
The execution deadlines will be mentioned in each voucher Order which will be notified to the holder of the order form.
Expertises and trees of trees
Concerns the achievement of visual, sound, mechanical (mallet, penetrometer, resistograph, traction test ..); the geolocation of trees and the realization of studies, dimensions, of plans...
