Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is to acquire work clothing and personal protective equipment. It is part of a group of orders formed with La Roche-sur-Yon Agglomeration designated as the coordinator of the Order Group as well as the City ofLa Roche-sur-Yon, the Cias de la Roche-sur-Yon Agglomeration, the town of Aubigny-les Clouzeaux, the town of Rives de l'Yon, the town of Mouilleron Le Captif, the town of Landeronde, the town of Venansault, the town of Nesmy and the SPL Destination La Roche-sur-Yon.Decomposition into 7 lots. Each batch will be the subject of a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded with a single operator, without minimum amount and with a maximum amount fixed in value for each of the lots. It will be concluded for a period of 1 year from its notification, tacitly renewable 3times.
