Description:
Supply of a cabin chassis equipped with a bucket for the collection of biodchets of a 12 -ton PTAC and a bin rinsing device. Delivery to the community technical center. The delivery time is 40 weeks maximum from the date of notification. The delivery timeis to be proposed by the candidate in the AE and the framework (contractual to notification). The passing procedure used is: the adapted procedure open. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1 of the public procurement code. The notification is worth orderingsupplies. The services are paid by unit prices, firm. Payment of services will be made in compliance with the overall payment period applicable to the buyer.
